Ordering Policy
In most cases, your oder will be processed within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. You will recieve an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the recieving address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email confirmation. Delievery times vary according to the shipping.

Shipping Policy
Based on availability of the items you selected, FosterDirect will make every reasonable attempt to ship your order within 24-48 hours of recieving it. Occasionally we have items that are out of stock in a particular size or color and we can usually backorder that item for you. We ship all orders via UPS with delivery confirmation, which usually takes between 3-5 business days.
If you have some special reason and need your order sent overnight, we are happy to offer that service for you; assuming we have availability of the item you selected. You will be notified right away by email if we are unable to complete this service. Your order would be guaranteed to arrive the next business day, if you place your order before 2:30pm EST(Eastern Standard Time) Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. The cost for overnight is based on real-time UPS rates.
Fosterdirect is not responsible for any lost packages, or packages not delievered due to complications or errors of any kind by UPS. This is out of our control and therefore we cannot assume responsiblity. We are not responsible for fees incurred due to declined or refused orders. FosterDirect will charge the customer the additional shipping charges incurred should the customer not provide accurate shipping information(ie: missing Apt #, missing Zip code digit, missing Rd, Dr, St, Ave, etc.) Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of an order being placed and must be before the order has shipped.

Important Note: All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order.
If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.
It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your packages. Orders placed on Plus Sizes Express store may be delievered by one of the several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchase, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delievering your item(s). All Rush Order Packages come with a delievery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the locations and the exact arriving dates of your package(s). Sales Tax Policy
Due to state law, FosterDirect must add sales tax on all order shipped to NYS addresses. No state sales tax is added for addresses outside of NYS. Any orders placed in the following NY counties are exempt from sales taxes. (Kings, Richmond, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan)

Discreet Lingerie Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping lable does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course).

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting customer service or email at:
admin@fosterdirect.com.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
ALL returned items must be in their original packaging and have all tags and garments still attached. Items must be in original condition in which they were recieved. Items will be declined for return if tags or attached items such as panties, thongs, or accessory, have been removed.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as recieved.
Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any oils or lotions, novelty items, hosiery, panties or any intimate item that covers the crotch including but not limited to, lingerie sets that have panties of any kind.
Please make your selection carefully when choosing these items. A size chart link is located on every item page for your convenience. If you feel you need help with sizes, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

We will credit your card usually within 7-10 business days upon receipt of product. To keep the lowest price and the free shipping and gift benefit. There will be a $6.00 handling fee apply on all lingerie and clothing return. If you do not recieve your credit or refund correctly, please email us at

All Express/Priority shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order gets returned to us as "refused" of "undeliverable", there will be a $10.00 restocking fee applied to your order. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers, items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. We will not refund the cost of return shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.
We recommend returns be sent insured and with delievery confirmation since we are not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during this transition. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided will be cancelled and are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. If an order is re-sent for delivery, the standard shipping will apply each time the order is shipped.
The return/exchange process may take up to 15 business days to appears on the original credit card used.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If these items are returned they will be sent back to you at your expense.
All returns are subject to the sole discretion of FosterDirect and supersede the terms and conditions herein.
